Terms of Service
Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using RegAlpha ("the platform," "the service") at regalpha.online, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.
These terms apply to all users, including free-tier users, paid subscribers, and anyone accessing signal content.
Description of Service
RegAlpha provides regulatory intelligence signals for media buyers and affiliate marketers. The platform monitors public regulatory sources - including FDA, USPTO, state filings, and other government data - and curates signals to help users identify potential offer windows.
RegAlpha provides information only. We do not provide legal, financial, or investment advice. Signals are not recommendations to buy, sell, or promote any product or service.
Accounts and Access
You must provide a valid email address to access the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access links and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
You must be at least 18 years old to use RegAlpha. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute signal content without written permission
- Share your account access with others (paid plans include team seats for authorized sharing)
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the platform
- Use signals to engage in deceptive advertising, consumer fraud, or misleading marketing practices
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform
Subscription and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices are as listed on the platform at the time of subscription. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period - no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
Free tier accounts are limited to 3 signals per month and may be subject to additional restrictions at our discretion.
Intellectual Property
All content on RegAlpha - including signal analysis, commentary, platform code, and design - is owned by or licensed to RegAlpha. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use content for your own marketing research purposes.
You may not redistribute, resell, or publish RegAlpha signal content without express written consent.
No Warranty; Limitation of Liability
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT SIGNALS ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, TIMELY, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REGALPHA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Regulatory Compliance
You are solely responsible for ensuring your advertising and marketing activities comply with all applicable laws and platform policies. Regulatory windows identified by RegAlpha do not constitute legal clearance to advertise in any category. Consult qualified legal counsel for compliance questions.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms, non-payment, or any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform immediately ceases.
You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RegAlpha is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or prominent notice on the platform. Continued use after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
